Azimyx

Privacy Policy

Effective May 20, 2026 · Updated September 8, 2026

Azimyx is a product of Webtech Holdings, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how Webtech Holdings, LLC, trading as Azimyx ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Azimyx operational dashboard platform (the "Service"). The Service is a private business-to-business application provided to authorized users of customer organizations under contract with us.

Azimyx does not sell personal data. We do not use customer data for advertising, marketing, or training machine learning models. Customer data is used solely to operate the Service for the customer.

1. Information We Process

1.1 Account information

When you access the Service, we collect basic account information such as your name, business email address, organizational affiliation, and authentication identifiers.

1.2 Business and financial data

The Service accesses and displays business operational data on behalf of the customer organization, including:

1.3 Usage data

We collect technical information about how the Service is used, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, for security monitoring and service improvement.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we process solely to:

3. QuickBooks Online Data

When a customer organization authorizes the Service to access its QuickBooks Online company, Azimyx receives an OAuth 2.0 access token and refresh token issued by Intuit. We use these tokens solely to retrieve financial reports and accounting records on behalf of the authorizing organization, and we store them using industry-standard encryption.

QuickBooks data retrieved through the Service is used only to display dashboards to authorized users of the originating customer organization. It is not shared with any third party, used for any other purpose, or retained beyond the duration of the customer relationship.

Customers may revoke Azimyx's access to QuickBooks Online at any time through the Intuit App Center settings, which will immediately terminate Azimyx's ability to retrieve their QuickBooks data.

4. ServiceTitan Data

Service-platform data accessed through ServiceTitan APIs is handled equivalently to QuickBooks data — used only to operate the Service for the authorizing customer, never shared externally, and revocable at any time.

5. Employee Records

Azimyx is the operator of the Service. The employee records described in this section belong to the customer organization, not to Azimyx: we process them as a service provider on that organization's instruction, and the customer remains responsible for the lawful basis on which its own employees' information is collected and used.

For operating companies within the customer organization, the Service imports employment records from the customer's payroll system (Paychex) under authorization granted by the customer. These records are used for workforce reporting, organizational views, and employee recognition features.

We deliberately limit what is imported, excluding sensitive fields at the point of import rather than storing and restricting them:

Month and day of birth are stored without the year, so the Service can recognize birthdays without holding a date of birth. Personal email addresses present in the payroll system are discarded during import and are never stored.

Employment records originate with the customer organization. Employees who wish to correct their record should contact their HR representative; corrections flow through to the Service on the next synchronization.

6. Text Messages

The Service includes an employee recognition feature through which a customer organization can notify one of its employees by text message when a colleague recognizes their work. Azimyx transmits these messages on the customer's behalf.

Program name: Azimyx Virtual High Five — employee recognition notifications.

Message content: a short notification naming the sender and linking to the recognition message. No marketing, promotional, or advertising content is sent.

Message frequency: message frequency varies. Messages are sent only when a colleague recognizes you, typically up to 5 messages per month.

Consent: consent to business contact by text message is obtained by the customer organization from its own employees, under that organization's employment policies. Azimyx sends these notifications on the customer's instruction and does not independently obtain consent from message recipients.

Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP or email support@azimyx.com for assistance.

Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or telephone numbers with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Telephone numbers are used solely to deliver the recognition notifications described above, and are shared only with the messaging provider that transmits them on our behalf.

Opting out of text messages has no effect on employment and does not prevent recognition messages from being delivered by email.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties for marketing or advertising. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

8. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where applicable, access controls, and authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain customer data for the duration of the customer relationship and as needed to comply with legal obligations. Upon termination of the customer relationship, we will delete or return customer data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Requests should be directed first to your organization's administrator, or to Azimyx at the contact below.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. By accessing the Service from outside the United States, you consent to transfer of data to the United States.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to customer organizations.
